In a surprising yet not unprecedented move earlier this month, Hans Otten deleted most of the content of his MSX Info pages. Responding to a suggestion to improve quality over quantity and frustrations over running a site people want to keep a local copy of, HansO (which apparently is an acronym for "Hans Angry Now Site Offline") decided upon this 'solution'.
Hopefully someone did make a local copy and can restore some of the content somewhere, most of which HansO is illegally claiming copyright on anyway.

The 2010 edition of the great MSXdev’ contest has been launched ! A
brand new website has been created under WordPress, what means new
interactive features to get still more interest for this contest !
This
time, the deadline has been fixed to 31 January 2011 : the coders have
therefore more than 10 months to develop superb new games for the best
8-bit system !
Discover all the rules on the official website !
They are very similar to the 2009 rules, with exception for the way the
jury is composed (a new system inspired by the Passion MSX2 Contest) and
a rule concerning the release of a game on cartridge before the end of
the contest.
